Project Location & Application Scenario:

African infrastructure and mining project. The mining area features bumpy, dusty roads and lacks well-equipped maintenance stations. The trucks are used for continuous concrete transportation and pouring for mine retaining walls, factory foundations and access roads, operating on a 24-hour shift basis.

Customer Requirements:

The customer’s old local mixer trucks suffered high failure rates, frequently resulting in concrete segregation and drum stall that delayed pouring work. They required batches of durable mixer trucks with widely compatible spare parts, capable of coping with rough dirt roads to ensure stable daily concrete delivery. The vehicles should be shipped as fully assembled units and quickly put into operation after arrival.

Problems Solved:

① The high-torque mixing reducer and wear-resistant drum are not prone to jamming during long-time operation, effectively preventing concrete segregation and caking in long-distance transportation.

② The HOWO 6x4 chassis boasts strong load capacity and favorable shock absorption, adapting to uneven unpaved roads in mining areas.

③ The mature model enjoys large overseas ownership and easily available supporting spare parts, lowering the risk of construction shutdowns while waiting for maintenance in remote mining zones.

④ Bulk shipment of fully assembled vehicles without on-site assembly shortens the commissioning cycle.

Project Outcome:

Two units of 12m³ ZOOMLION mixer trucks were loaded and shipped for delivery on schedule. After arriving at the port and being put into service at the mine site, the trucks can undertake steady commercial concrete transportation tasks, reduce pouring interruptions caused by vehicle failures and guarantee the progress of mine civil construction milestones. The customer recognizes the vehicle stability and batch delivery efficiency and intends to place follow-up repeat orders.
