The overseas client came to our factory for physical vehicle acceptance, focusing on inspecting the engine assembly, pipelines, wiring harnesses and overall vehicle condition. Full pre-delivery inspection was completed before handover. The client opened the front panel to check the engine on site and verify the vehicle condition, preparing for subsequent sea shipment and operation at overseas construction sites.

Full Pre-delivery Vehicle InspectionBefore delivery, we fully inspected the engine, cooling system, oil pipelines and wiring connectors, tightened loose parts, and checked for leakage and abnormal noise risks. We inspected oil, coolant and other fluids, conducted cold and hot start tests, and confirmed stable power performance.
2. On-site Inspection Coordination with ClientOn the delivery day, we opened the front panel to cooperate with the client’s on-site inspection of the engine compartment and all components. We answered all questions about engine performance and component conditions, and demonstrated external accessories including lamps, protective grilles and warning lights.
3. Vehicle Preparation & Document ArrangementWe cleaned dust inside the engine compartment, applied dust protection for the vehicle, sorted vehicle photos and inspection records for the client’s filing, to meet protection requirements for ocean shipping.
4. Delivery ConfirmationThe client completed full vehicle inspection on site, confirmed the vehicle met purchase requirements, finished acceptance, and the vehicle entered the pending shipment stage.
