Project Background
For overseas engineering freight operations. The site involves high-intensity heavy-duty work, and local spare parts supply is insufficient. The client purchases tractors and wearing parts by themselves for one consignment, to ensure continuous transportation on site.
Client Pain Points
Poor road conditions at construction sites cause rapid wear of tractor axles. Procuring spare parts locally overseas takes a long time. If a vehicle breaks down and stops working, it will directly delay the whole project schedule.
Solution
6x4 heavy-duty tractor heads are recommended. The client purchases heavy-duty spare axle assemblies separately. We adopt the flatbed bulk loading solution. Multiple tractor heads and the client’s spare axles are loaded and packed together for unified shipment overseas. The spare axles can be quickly replaced when vehicles break down.
Implementation Process
Central loading was completed at the factory yard. Multiple tractor heads were placed on flatbed trailers, with the client’s spare axles stacked on top. All cargo was secured and inspected in batches. Transport was arranged after confirming the cargo was stable.

Project Outcomes
The tractor units and supporting spare parts purchased by the client were shipped on schedule. After the equipment was put into operation, the spare axles shipped together greatly improved the efficiency of vehicle repair and replacement. Downtime was reduced, and heavy-duty transportation tasks were reliably supported. The client approved this overall delivery solution.
