Project Overview
Overseas customers came to our factory to inspect the vehicles on site. They purchased multiple Howo tractor trucks, which will be used for transportation in mines and ports in Africa. The customers came specially to inspect the vehicles, verify the configurations and workmanship, and check all details of the trucks.
On-site Situation
The customers walked into the workshop and checked each truck one by one. They opened the front hoods to inspect core components including engines, pipelines and chassis, checked the materials and assembly quality in person, and took photos to record the condition of each vehicle. They raised questions and communicated with our staff on the spot. These trucks are customized for local working conditions, with reinforced chassis to adapt to bumpy mine roads and heavy loads, meeting the requirements of long-distance heavy-duty transportation.
Cooperation Process
The customers communicated with us online for a long time in the early stage and compared several suppliers. They confirmed that our trucks had advantages in durability, price and spare parts supply, so they made a special trip to our factory for inspection. We accompanied them throughout the visit and answered their questions about vehicle maintenance, spare parts supply and delivery lead time. After checking all trucks, the customers were satisfied with the vehicle quality and confirmed the follow-up delivery arrangement.
Project Result
The customers finished on-site inspection, confirmed the vehicles are qualified and finalized the order. After preparation, the vehicles will be shipped to Africa by sea. This cooperation lays a foundation for repeat orders in the future.
