Many overseas buyers purchasing used dump trucks from China worry most about the authenticity of vehicle condition. Being far away, they cannot recheck the trucks easily. They are afraid that the mileage, engine, frame and hydraulic system may be tampered with. The truck they receive may not match the one they inspected, and frequent breakdowns at construction sites will lead to project losses.
Solutions
- Online stage: Provide live inspection or full pre-inspection videos, including cold start of the engine, hydraulic lifting test, checks on chassis, frame and cargo box welds. Share maintenance records and check for oil leaks and deformations in advance.
- On-site inspection: Allow buyers to examine the trucks freely and test drive on site. Check key parts such as the engine, lifting cylinder and frame face to face. Disclose all defects honestly without hiding any issues.
- Before shipment: Carry out a second round of re-inspection. Take packing and loading videos for records, and confirm with the buyer that the truck condition is the same as inspected.

Practical Application Scenario
As shown in the picture, overseas clients come to our factory for on-site inspection. We show them the cargo box structure, tires and hydraulic components of these blue dump trucks, and test the lifting function on the spot. Most of these trucks are exported to mines in Africa and Southeast Asia for transporting ore and muck. They work under heavy loads. If the truck condition is falsely described, it may break down suddenly in the mine and delay the whole project. On-site inspection and testing can greatly ease buyers’ worries.
